We are our healthiest when we are social. In our no pressure environment, you are invited to join as many or as few activities as you choose – there is always something going on if you want to be a part of the action!
There is always plenty to do to keep yourself active and healthy at King Place. Exercise programs tailored for seniors are offered four days per week and there are many opportunities to join activities for healthy living, including our walk across Canada challenge.
Our dedicated care team is available to assist you as needed with activities of daily living, while maintaining your independence at every opportunity. Brain health programs are offered daily and help maintain and improve your memory and other brain functions.
Whether you’d enjoy something crafty, some bingo or cards, something musical, or a way to stay active, King Place has an activity for you.
